I had so much pain going in and was beyond nervous. Everyone in the office is so nice, friendly and comforting. I had IV sedation and two extractions. For the procedure, I didn’t feel a thing or remember much of anything. I just felt like I dozed off and woke back up groggy. I have been in pain for months, too scared to get this taken care of, and I regret waiting! I’m finally out of pain and it was so easy. This office and staff are absolutely amazing!! You don’t find offices like these anymore. It is a very well oiled machine and everyone works so well together. 💕

Pure dental redefines what a dental appointment means. I was a little nervous when I first went for treatment but the experience was unbelievably stress free, pain free and professionally handled. Each subsequent visit has been the same. They treat you with respect and the utmost attention to what most works to solve any problems or questions you may have. You are not someone to be rushed through the process. They are knowledgeable, insightful and most of all they genuinely listen. You leave their office feeling like you were the most important part of their day. Modern spotless facility, latest technology and most of all, the most cheerful pleasant staff. Best dental experience I have ever had.

I had a great experience at Pure Dental. My son needed a tooth extracted and was in pain and 3 other places couldn't fit him in for a week or more but Pure Dental got him right in. Very friendly staff helped with insurance and Dr White did a great job with my son. He explained everything completely and got his tooth pulled! Im very thankful for them. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental practice and Dr. Greg White! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming team that truly goes above and beyond to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for. I recently brought my mom in for a visit, and the staff was so kind, patient, and attentive—they made her feel completely at ease throughout the entire experience, which meant so much to me. A special shoutout to the assistant Brandy, who is an absolute rockstar! She kept everything running smoothly, explained each step clearly, and brought such a positive, calming energy to the appointment. It truly made all the difference. As a dental professional myself, I pay close attention to the details—and this office exceeded my expectations. The team is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely compassionate. The office is spotless, well-organized, and the level of care is top-notch. After having this personal experience, I can confidently say I will be referring patients here without hesitation. Thank you to the team at Pure Dental- Williamsville for the treatment that was provided to me over the past 4 months. I walked into the office knowing that I needed some big repairs. The Dr's gave me a straightforward understanding of the condition of my teeth and the solutions to repair them. The office staff gave me an all inclusive price with no extra costs. For me the solution needed to be the extraction of all of my teeth and 2 new full arches. The extractions, while sedated, had an easier recovery period than some single tooth extractions that I have had in the past. My treatment and follow up visits went right along with the written outline that was given to me before my treatment started. Each assistant and office staff member played a role in my treatment . The information that they provided helped to set me at ease during my treatment. They all made me feel valued as a patient whether I was calling the office or there for treatment. The Dr.'s gave expert advice as my treatment continued and expert guidance when I needed to pick final designs for my replacement teeth. The end result was a new mouth that is both comfortable and that I feel confident in.
